My exterminator Mark was very professional and polite. He showed up on time and was very helpful with all the questions I asked. Between him and the receptionist's politeness, this will be the only exterminator we will use, no matter the price!  Thank ya'll for everything ya'll do. 

The Visiting Nurse Association of the Treasure Coast (VNA) had a bit of an emergency on Monday due to an internal complaint of rat droppings in the attic of our Hospice House.  The VNA Hospice House is a facility that takes care of end-of-life patients and so you can understand the importance of the call.

Bob K, Shawn W and Roger H responded quickly to our request to inspect the attic of our Hospice House and were able to identify the droppings as old and nothing new. 

Also, a special thank you to Roger H, who responded once again on his own time last evening to assist with the installation of air conditioning vents in order to comply with an OSHA complaint, which by the way, the file has now been closed due to Roger’s assistance.

I've recently added your termite sentricon system to my home. I did this because not only is it an exceptional service but the cost is affordable.  I was approached by Shannon, who not only is an excellent, professional office representative, but is genuinely concerned about the customer. She explained the entire process to me and provided me with expert information in order to make a decision.  In no way was she pushy or threatening in helping me make my decision.  Shannon is always so courteous, polite and caring.  She scheduled Adam L. to come to do the inspection.

Adam came out and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and explained everything. He did so in a way that I didn't  need to be a  scientist to understand. He is such a gentleman and reminded me that at any time if I had any questions or concerns to call Stark right away.

Also on that day my service technician,  Kossi T. came for the quarterly service. He too said what a great idea it is to get the termite protection. He also was concerned about any issues I may be having at the house and provided service for that. He is an exceptional technician who is extremely thorough and knowledgeable.  Kossi also told me to call if I have any issues.

One of the main reasons I remain a Stark customer is because of my initial contact with your company through Mr. Harrington. He was  my initial technician and he was absolutely amazing! 

Overall, Stark provides a service and have employees that are second to none. You have exceptional products and exceptional technicians to utilize them. You have exceptional office personnel, specifically Shannon,  who are also knowledgeable in your products.

You offer what other services don't, a genuine care for your customers.  Your staff is exemplary of that ideal.
