All About Our Eco-Friendly Pest Control

Pests can be a pain, but pest control methods don’t have to hurt the planet.

At Arrow, we’re committed to protecting your health, your house, and our home planet too — with eco-friendly pest control solutions that set us apart.

Here’s how we do it:

We Use the STEPS® Total Protection System

In 2009, we introduced a proprietary, sustainable pest control system: STEPS. This comprehensive, eco-friendly pest treatment was the first of its kind in the industry and is designed to not only protect your home, but also reduce our environmental footprint.

Step 1: Fully inspect your home and property to pinpoint pest issues.

Instead of showing up to your door ready to treat and leave, we do a full inspection of your house, lawn, and property. Once we find the infestation and what’s causing it, we can tailor our treatment plan for maximum effectiveness, leaving no stone unturned or nook overlooked.

Step 2: Identify not only the pest, but the true cause of the problem.

Whether a leaky pipe is attracting termites or some old crumbs under the fridge have invited cockroaches, we’ll get to the bottom of it. In some of our service areas, we even offer handyman and lawn services to help you fix the problem. This helps ensure that pests don’t come back, reducing the need to treat again in the future and getting rid of freeloaders for good.

Step 3: Treat in the most environmentally responsible way to alleviate current issues and help prevent any future recurrence.

Our eco-friendly pest control is GreenPro Certified, meaning we follow strict standards to give you the most environmentally friendly treatments available today. We also avoid practices that could harm the environment, such as treating solely based on a calendar schedule, performing high-volume pesticide applications without reason, or placing rodenticides in places accessible to pets and friendly wildlife.

And as always, we go Beyond The Call to get rid of pests, we keep them from coming back, and we follow up after treatment to ensure our job’s been done right.

Do Your Part and We’ll Do Ours

Want to get tough on pests in a way that’s gentler on the planet? We’re here to help! Get in touch with us and we’ll put together a plan that benefits you and the environment.
