Wildlife Control for your Peace of Mind

Chris and Tim just left after sealing my attic and I would like to thank you for sending them and compliment you on the quality of the people you hire.  These young men were friendly and knowledgeable about the work they had to do.  They worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done.  Anything that had to be moved was put back in its place and my fence gates were always closed.  I was impressed by their professionalism.

I would also like to mention Ron S., the evaluator for this job.  He took the time to fully explain what you all would do and what to expect.  Another professional.  And all of this explains why I have been an Arrow customer for 14 years.  Your service people, including my regular service tech, Bill M., keep your customers loyal with their skills and work ethic.

We just had Arrow to seal our house because we were having a problem with mice in the attic.  Brian F. came out to inspect and give us a price to have this done.  Ben C. and Matt L. did the work of sealing the roof.  All of these men were top notched.  We could not have been happier. They were a delight to be around as well.  We did not have to watch them for problems or any such matter.  We are extremely pleased so far and believe that finally we will have some peace without the mice.  Thank you so much, Arrow, and the men that we have had to do this job.  We believe you are the best and hope that you will soon make a move into South Carolina with an office.  We need you.  

Last week we had a very challenging situation with a live squirrel running around our house. I just want to commend your supervisor, Chris who could not have been more helpful. He called first thing every day, even over the weekend, to make sure that we were being cared for in a satisfactory manner and made himself available at all times when problems arose with the squirrel.

He also went beyond the call of duty to construct an amazing wooden barrier in our house which finally resulted in trapping the animal. He has a great work ethic and is an asset to your company.

I wanted to let you know how happy we are with the service you are providing. It appears you have managed to stop those tree rodents, and since you have been treating, the number of bugs I've seen after treatment is significantly reduced. I so appreciate that. Thanks and I hope you stay on for a while as my provider.

I recently had a bat take up residence in my guest room. When I called Arrow for help, Calvin B. was on my doorsteps in 10 minutes. He is one cool cookie. He actually caught the little guy alive! His crew arrived two days later and sealed my house completely to avoid any future problems.

I just wanted to tell you how happy I was with the service that I received from two of your employees Nathan and Turtle. They spent 4 days at our home removing old insulation, disinfecting and reinsulating our entire attic after we had been invaded by raccoons. They were polite, friendly, professional, punctual, and went out of their way to make sure that we were satisfied with their work!
